We want Sestova products to make your days easier. If they don't, you have 90 days from delivery to ask for your money back.

How to get a refund

Email support@sestova.com with your order number and a short note on what didn't work for you. We reply within one business day.

No need to send anything back

You keep the item. Once we approve your request, we refund the price you paid for the item to your original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, you received the wrong item, or something is missing, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We send a replacement or refund you, your choice, at no cost to you.

Fair use

The 90-day guarantee covers one refund per customer per product.

Cancellations

You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that it may already be on its way.
